Temporary Horizontal Lifeline Gurtband
Temporary horizontal fall protection systems are often used in the construction, roofing, carpentry. The horizontal lifeline is a portable, quick to set up and flexible fastening device. Two people can be secured over a distance of 20 metres as they work. The system's two karabiners can be attached using slings (for example) to suitable structures such as steel beams, scaffolding or concrete pillars. According to new regulatory certification requirements, the structure must be configured for a load of 6kN, since in the event of a fall, the force exerted on the system is limited to a maximum of 6kN by means of damping elements.
